I have a question... Will this product only transmit a selectable part of the screen in case the viewers don't have a widescreen monitor like I do? Maybe select a "window" to transmit or just a certain size portion of the screen. Thanks, Warren
Dear Warren, No, at the moment it is not possible to transmit only a part of the screen. But you can downsize the desktop image to 75% so that a wider screen can be displayed to a smaller screen. Furthermore the desktop image on the target screen can be scrolled within the browser window. Thank you for your comment. We will take this into consideration for our next update.
I couldn't get it to work even though the 'settings' verified that the directory and files were there. Both Firefox and Explorer gave me 404 Errors. Using an FTP program, i verified the files were there. Java is enabled. I wrote tech support 8 hours ago. Never heard anything.
