Hi Bill, Thanks for your message. We try to ensure that html code produced by our product is as 'compliant' as possible with W3C Standards. If we remove the flash movie and marquee from our site, it will pass through the validator. As far as I know, lots of famous web sites created with other web creators also have such problem. As a comparison, we suggest you run http://www.dreamweaver.com, http://www.microsoft.com, http://www.yahoo.com, etc... and see the results.
