1. ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary to participate. Employees and directors of BitsDuJour.com, Creately and Leawo and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families of each (i.e. spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees and directors are not eligible. Only persons registering through the official web site are eligible for the Sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BitsDuJour.com, the judging organization, are final and binding in all respects.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
Each promotion on BitsDuJour.com will end 28 days from the start of the promotional period.
3. ENTRY
All Sweepstakes entries must be submitted by Internet. Participant's computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology (now known or hereafter devised or discovered) which may be used by BitsDuJour.com for purposes of entry tracking. Participant must: (1) access the BitsDuJour.com web site at www.BitsDuJour.com (2) complete the online form by filling out email address, and any other requested fields.
4. DRAWING
There will be one draw after the promotional period, where the winners will be selected.
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within the promotional period. Winners will be notified by email, within approximately 7 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or if a winner fails to claim or accept a prize within 5 calendar days of notification, disqualification may result, and an alternative winner may be selected.
Winners names will only be published in the BitsDuJour newsletter or website once consent has been obtained from the winners.
5. PRIZE/ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No transfer or substitution of prize, except if prize becomes unavailable for any reason, BitsDuJour.com may award substitute prize of equal value.
