Ben Mobi Can not Register. When trying to do this, I get an error saying invalid Email format or License. Tried this several times, same result. Might be a fake promo?

John I was too late to get this program last time it was offered today I got it. Downloaded, installed, and registered with no problems. Enhanced a few old photos to test it and works great

Ben @Marli Wright I sent an email to their Support. Took them two days to answer& when they finally replied all they said was that I was typing it wrong.

A typo may often cause an invalid email format or license error. For example, the registration code is input in the "License Email" field (it will pop up a message "Your email address format is incorrect)", a letter in the registration code is missing, extra spaces, or using the Mac version code in the Windows version and vice versa.

Tips
1. To avoid typos, we highly recommend copying and pasting the registration code into the "License Code" field.
2. Ensure your registration code matches your operating system.

Read MoreBen @Molly_Digiarty ... that does NO GOOD. I tried that, took them forever to reply. When they (finally) did reply, all they said was that I was typing it wrong (which is not true). They offered no real help, no real support.

Here is the "Support" I received, Quoted:

Molly_Digiarty @Ben I couldn't locate the detailed conversation after checking with the support. Please try again, and enter your email address and the registration code in the software. If it turns out the error message, take a screenshot and send it to the support by email. Another customer did the same and then found the typo and completed the registration quickly.

Marli Wright I sent the screen shot and got a prompt reply that registered the program. I misinterpreted an I for a 1. I made the change switched the 1 for an I and the software registered.
