One of the great things about the PDF format is its flexibility - your PDF documents can be text, images, or any combination of the two. But while it's pretty easy to save an electronic text document as a PDF file, it doesn't seem to be so straightforward when you're starting with graphics or hardcopy and want to create a PDF. Which is why today's software promotion fills that need perfectly, and at a significant discount! It's called Scan2PDF, and it's the perfect image-to-PDF solution for all Windows users.

Scan2PDF lets you scan documents and load graphics into a PDF file, with the added ability to transmit that PDF using email. With support for automatic document feeders, post-scan image adjustments, and cropping, Scan2PDF is the ultimate solution for transforming hardcopy documents and images into handy PDF files, suitable for use across a variety of applications.

Once you've scanned your document into Scan2PDF, you'll get the opportunity to preview what your PDF will look like. Need tweaking? Just rotate, invert, mirror, or crop the image to your liking! Need to add images? One press of a button lets you add image files in the most popular formats, including TIFF, PCX, GIF, TGA, BMP, JPEG and PNG. You can even reorder document scans and loaded images so that your PDF turns out exactly how you envisioned it!

HJ B 1. Does this program have any capability Adobe Acrobat does not have or a better capability than Adobe Acrobat to accomplish the same thing? I am not asking whether this program is, overall, better than Acrobat. I am only asking if what it claims to be able to do is thought to be an improvement, in some respect, over Acrobat to do the same thing? It is obvious that the program is a lot cheaper than Acrobat. That is not the point.

2. When a pdf creator program claims to be able to scan documents, it should make clear that it does or does not have OCR capability.
