Jon Koerner Doug is right - it is the most fully featured such program available. It is complex, it will require spending a good deal of time to learn its capabilities, and then to set up your synchronization system exactly how you want it. This is overkill and too complex for the "average user" however. There are better, simpler, less expensive synch software programs available that will meet the needs of the "average" computer user (Second Copy is my favorite; GoodSync is another good one). But for those who deal with complex systems, many hard drives on laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, networks and even remote offices, and need to be certain that the correct versions of files are always where they need to be, this is the one to get. You can set it up to run as a system service. Their technical support is excellent (which is important - you'll probably need some of it). I don't "Want This" because I already bought it, but if I hadn't, I would want it.
