Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop If you're looking to tidy up messes quickly and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The top robot vacuums and mop I test had superior navigation and mapping. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were tangled. They're also user-friendly using an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're doing. 1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop combination that has cutting-edge features, consider the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and picked up pet hair and human dander nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It comes with a sleek application interface that includes a miniature map of your home, as well as buttons on the screen for manual control. The S8's Dirt Detection Technology enables it to change the cleaning mode in accordance with the amount of dirt. It will wash its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas get priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad. It comes with a range of other smart features too, including an alternative dock that connects to your home plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller, without having you to manually refill it. You can also use voice commands to control the S8's built-in voice assistant, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular controls with your voice. 2. Yeedi Cube If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's one of a variety of robot vacuums with combo features that also feature mops but is priced at a cheaper price than the majority of competitors. Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to start, including setting up an account with the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though the robot is able to begin cleaning and mopping easily. It is important to note that mapping takes some time and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally the object detection is difficult to determine It was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to turn it over to get free. However, these aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one cleaning companion. 3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature a rotating motion similar to hand scrubbing, which results in floors that are truly cleaned, not just being swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an absolute game changer that can reach areas where a robot vacuum cannot. This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa, and a few additional smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can be used to learn your home and offer an adaptive obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you modify various settings such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries. The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each task to clean their pads and empty the dust bins, and place debris in the self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean, and prevents allergens recirculating. Its battery lifespan is long enough to cover large areas without requiring a recharge mid-clean. 4. Eufy S1 Pro As one of the top-quality robot vacuums and mop models, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors and a great obstacles-avoiding. automatic hoover boasts a unique mopping system, that uses a roller that is continuously filled with water to pick dirt and place it in the water that is dirty tank. Its navigation technology performed well in navigating close to walls without crashing, and staying clear of stairs. However, it had trouble with finely engrained debris and didn't always remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, and it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some. The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dust bin as well as dry and wash the mop, as well as empty its mop pad. This makes upkeep easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in regular schedules. You can manage all of its functions via the Eufy app, which gives an easy overview and lots of options for configuration. 5. Freo X Ultra The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot mowers and vacuums available, and it offers impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with a reasonable precision. The application allows users to adjust the map coverage, set up no-go zones and alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's main roller brush is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which is a big pain point with many robotic vacuums. The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM while applying upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system incorporates intelligent carpet detectors that lift these pads up when they're near soft surfaces to keep them from getting contaminated. The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free maintenance center which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust over 7 weeks of hassle-free operation unlike conventional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins every time they are cleaned. 6. S10 A few hundred dollars cheaper than the S8 This robot is a slick job of keeping my home office clean and can also tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses a laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D model of your home so it knows what to stay clear of. In addition, unlike other vacuums that can mop, it has object/obstacle detection that avoids items such as bowls and dog toys (but not poop). It also comes with other notable features, like a self-emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas other mops miss. You can also alter the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules. It features the same multi-room smart mapping as the S8 and is able to distinguish between laminate and carpets, with high-pile carpets. And, if you want to cut down on time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't filthy. If you have several types of flooring in your house and don't wish to spend more money on a Roborock with advanced mapping capabilities this is a great choice. 7. Q5 Pro If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great option. It comes with a variety of features including self-emptying dustbins and an additional water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It's quite quiet, and it's able to navigate between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's unable to pick up tangled rug tassels up, and its battery drains quicker than other models we test. The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming however, it did quite well. It has a range of cleaning modes, ranging from the quiet mode with low power which is suitable for small debris to the incredibly powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It will even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads without causing your carpets soaked. 8. K10 Plus The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in smaller areas. It's very quiet and fast, and it is a great choice for maneuvering around tight spaces. It's also excellent in removing pet hair from carpeting. It's smaller than its rivals however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take a photo of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys, or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they won't be picked up during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and aren't tied to your account. It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, however it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip onto the bottom of the bot and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare robot cleaner to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
