Bruvi was introduced to the market in the latter half of 2022 with three big promises: it will make single-serve coffee more efficient than pod-based machines currently on the market, it would offer more drink options and utilize treated polypropylene cups which could be thrown away with fewer environmental impacts than traditional K-Cups. It achieved all three of these goals and is the best choice for anyone who wants to improve their single-serve espresso game.

Bruvi is designed to look more elegant than the typical pod-based machine. It has a large screen in black that shows monochromatic icons that are displayed in bright white. It is also quiet and efficient and can brew in less than three minutes. The hot water reservoir and drip pan are separate from the brew chamber unlike other pod-based devices. This reduces flavor cross-contamination. The drip tray can be raised higher to accommodate larger travel cups and reduce the chance of spills.

The Bruvi brewing machine is unique because every pod is identified optically by the machine. A set of programmable options are automatically adjusted to meet the unique characteristics of the coffee. This provides a more customizable experience than what you can achieve with other pod-based systems, and it helps ensure that every cup of coffee tastes exactly the way the roaster intended it.

This not only reduces energy, but it also means that you don't have to heat a large amount of water to make a small amount of coffee.
