Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

If you've always wanted to get a robot vacuum, now's your chance. CNET's top-rated models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday and can save you up to 57%.

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot that is equipped with smart mapping and app-based no go zones. Its 180-minute running time is impressive. It also self-empties and automatically refills its water tank.

1. iRobot Roomba j7+

The Roomba j7+ is iRobot's most intelligent robot vacuum to date. Its greatest breakthrough is its camera-based obstacle detection system that makes use of built-in AI to detect objects such as charging cords, shoes and the dreaded pet waste most other robots can't avoid (and often slough through). It's also the first to automatically send you a photo of the object it comes across so you can tell it to stay clear of it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the most efficient mop robot we've ever tested, removing spills and dirt effortlessly and leaving no trace that it was there. It's easy to control through the iRobot Home app which allows you to schedule cleaning times and set up Keep Out Zones so that it doesn't clean areas you don't want it to. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start it and stop it by voice.

The design is also more appealing than the competition. It has an elegant, top piece that looks like toys rather than an obnoxious and loud robot. And the Clean Base Automated Dirt Disposal System automatically empty, which is great to speed up cleaning.

In our tests, we discovered that the j7+ was quick to took away dirt, dust, and hair from pets. Its counter-rotating rubber brush rolls kept the debris in one spot rather than sending it scattering all over the floor. It even could capture sand and small gravel, which most other robots couldn't do. And all of this without getting tangled up in our pet's hair shedding.

Although it's not as smart as the Roomba s9+ Auto-Emptying Vacuum, and it's not able to clean stairs The j7+ is still a solid option for those who need both mopping and a vacuum in their home. It's not expensive and the iRobot App makes it simple to use.

The iRobot Home App is easy to use, however we found it less reliable than other robotic cleaner applications. It can take some time to download updates, and often it's difficult to know if the update is actually working until you see it in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you're looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that does more than simply clean your floors, a hybrid is the best option. These machines are equipped with a water tank, so they can vacuum and mop at the same time. They also have a number of additional features, including smart mapping, small obstacle avoidance, and the ability to dry and wash mopping pads. The disadvantage is that they tend to be pricey at full retail price, but on Black Friday and Cyber Monday they often drop in price.

Roborock produces some of our favorite robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ doesn't disappoint. This is their least expensive auto-empty model. While it's not equipped with some of the premium features that are found on more expensive models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's still a great choice if you're willing to compromise a bit in order to save hundreds of dollars.

robot vacuum cleaner best is extremely gentle when it comes down to obstacles like tables and walls. This makes it an ideal choice for homes that have many furniture pieces. It's also extremely thorough when it comes to cleaning dust bunnies, which is a problem which many robot vacuums be a bit sloppy. The Q5+'s navigation system is excellent, with few misses along walls or in corners.

The Q5+, as with other Roborock products can be controlled with only a few buttons on your device or via the Roborock App. The app lets you start and stop cleaning. You can also set up schedules, create virtual barrier and no-go areas or alter your home map, or re-label the rooms.

If you choose the Q5+ model, it comes with a brand new auto-emptying dock that's designed to make this robot easier to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver, but once it's installed emptying the bin can be done easily. It comes with a huge LCD screen, which is useful in setting up schedules and adjusting settings. This isn't a necessity for everyone but it can assist you in keeping track of the intervals between maintenance for your robot easily.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a sophisticated, well-rounded mop and vacuum. It's capable of both vacuuming and mopping. Its design is among the most innovative in the market, but it's expensive.

The base station is attractive and hides it when not in use, and its dimensions are quite small. But the station's main selling point is how it automates various tasks and functions that most other robots leave to you. It can store clean and dirty water and also electrolyze and warm the water. The majority of other robots require you to perform this.

Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive as well. It's the only robot vacuum I've tried that does well at picking up the dust from floors with no. And it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly when it comes to navigation. The laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as other robovacs, meaning it is sometimes stuck or confused in certain areas of your home. It's not able climb stairs as well as some competitors, for instance, and it doesn't have an dock that allows the user to set up a dedicated cleaning zone for plush carpets.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great choice for those who need a vacuum robot that can do it all.

If you're looking for a way to save money or don't mind the limitations of the robot, there are other options on the market. Many eufy models cost considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and offers the same experience in the app, but with more features, including stair climbing, a full-function dock, and a better overall performance when vacuuming floors as well as high- and low-pile carpets.

4. eufy RoboVac G30

eufy is an Anker company that has a history of producing robot vacuums that offer the perfect balance of features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different and offers a powerful cleaning on hard floors and carpets and mopping function too at an affordable price point. best automatic vacuum to set up by snapping one of the side brushes on, turn on and plug in the charging dock. The app guides you through a few steps to connect it to Wi-Fi, and the G30 is ready to go. The dock will need to be located near an outlet and have enough space to move.

The G30 is a tiny device that measures 2.85 inches in height, meaning it is able to fit under most couches and pieces of low-clearance furniture. Its design is more subtle when compared to rival models. It is sleek with a black finish with three physical buttons for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs a spot in a spiral pattern for two minutes) Recharge, and Spot Cleaner. It is also possible to connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to perform cleaning that is not scheduled using voice commands.

The way in which the G30 cleans is what separates it from its competitors. It uses a built-in mapping to create an image of the immovable objects in its path and then keeps track of what it has already cleaned and what it isn't able to access. When it's time to recharge, it returns to its starting point and begins cleaning where it began.

The elegant G30 isn't without faults however. The iRobot Roomba is better built and has lower recurring costs. It charges faster, offers a similar battery life, and performs better on unfinished flooring or carpet with a low pile. It comes with a larger dust bin, which doesn't require more emptying. It also has boundary strips that keep it from certain areas. The G30 is, on the other hand, is more affordable and is much simpler to maintain. Its smaller dust container doesn't need emptying as often and it has less trouble with bulky material such as cereal.
