I recomend practicing at home on your PC. Many people like to download Bob Dancer's WinPoker software (just google for it) b/c it will help you along the way, highlighting mistakes and whatnot. Myself, I had already bought Hoyle's Casino 2004 (mainly for the blackjack simulator) and it has VP on it, as well. I just sit there with a copy of the wizard's simple strategy and look at it if I get stuck. Soon, most of the rules become second nature. Still, I bring my cheat sheet with me when I put my own money on the line! Okay...for those of us who are new to VP, can some of you long time players give us neophytes a quick lesson in the lingo of VP? Terms like "Full Pay JOB" , "9/6", and "8/5". Tell us what we should be looking for so that we don't give the house away to the casino!Appreciate the help from you folks who know the systems and how to play them.
