Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows, and turns into warm to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that is a great drink by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee as it can cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3, easy and easy to go, great for relaxing at the weekend.
