Code 95 is a document required for truck drivers that want to work professionally within Europe. It is also required for drivers from Ukraine and other countries outside of the EU.

To get a Code 95 certificate, you must pass a medical examination and pass a psychotest. As a trainer you must follow the guidelines to be able to offer a course that issues Code 95. First you must submit a training plan to the CBR. This training plan must be approved prior to the start of classes. You will also have to follow the strict rules throughout the training.

You will receive an acknowledgement from the CBR when you have completed the course successfully. Then, you can send it to the RDW. If the application is successful, you will be able to renew your license with the municipality. If you don't renew your license by the expiry date, you won't be able to drive professionally more than 12 hours a week. Exams

You must pass both the theory and practical tests in order to obtain the code 95 on your license. These tests can be completed separately or together with the acquiring of the basic category license at an driving school.
