Lightweight, with a simple one-hand compact fold. All-terrain wheels, front suspension and multi-position reclining seats allow children to weigh up to 50 lbs. Parent and child trays, large storage basket and 3-tier extended canopy with peek-a-boo window for maximum sun protection. The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores on our quality tests due to a flimsy feel with hard plastic seats, and a design that is outdated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor choice for those looking for a budget option. smallest double buggy 's not the lightest stroller but it has enough features to make it worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy for you to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push it with your legs dangling in the air, and it doesn't help that it lacks padding. During testing, we found that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. It's a bit more complicated to close the cloud, however.
