In contrast to her usual, happy appearance at the park, she is now speaking in a non-sensical mumble and has bloodstains on her body. She reminds me of the redesign of Opila Bird in the game's creator Unique Geese's fanmade Garten of Banban remake Reincarnated and her beta model was used in the game's debut teaser trailer.
