All Terrain Travel System

A multi-terrain travel system is a stroller that can be used with a car seat for infants which can save you money in the end. It's also safer for your baby as it's a more comfortable journey.

A great all-terrain stroller will come with large 16" air filled rear wheels, great suspension, and locks on the front. It folds using one hand and comes with plenty of storage.

Suspension System

Suspension systems help absorb the impact of rough terrain and other forces on the vehicle making it easier to handle. These systems comprise a range of components that allow you to adjust the ride height and control the motion of the wheels. They also feature locking differentials to ensure that both wheels receive the same power from the engine when driving in a slippery or uneven terrain, as well as sway bars that reduce body roll when turning. Some systems also disable the rear and front stabiliser bars to improve articulation when driving on trails that are rough.

Solid axle systems use leafsprings to hold the vehicle in place and then locate its axle. This simple design is sturdy and popular among hardcore off-roaders. However, it can create more of a rough ride than other suspension designs.

Air suspension systems use an amalgamation of air springs and shock absorbers to provide an easier, more comfortable ride. These systems allow drivers to adjust the height of their vehicle by increasing or reducing the air pressure in the springs. This allows the vehicle's ground clearance to remain the same, even when carrying a large amount of cargo.

Other suspension systems utilize coil springs to support the vehicle and find the axle. These systems are smaller than leaf springs, however they can't locate the axle quite similarly. Some of these systems use radius arms to ensure that the axle is centered on the frame while still permitting it to move up and down.

When designing the suspension, different factors are taken into consideration, such as the track width and wheel travel. This is done to ensure that the vehicle can be used on all types of tracks and meet the requirements of the BAJA SAE competition rules. The weight of the car is another factor to be considered because it affects the suspension components that are required to handle rough conditions.

Many suspension components of an All Terrain Vehicle are made with recycled materials, including recycled materials and renewable resources. The materials are designed to minimize the environmental impact and still meet the strictest quality standards. In addition the foam used in seats is formulated using a mass balance technique which helps reduce the amount of fossil-based material used in manufacturing.
