They cannot be built from vehicles with more than double their power. Open category drone operations are separated into three subcategories - A1 to A3. You can fly drones that have the class label C0 or the A1 in the subcategory A1 (flying over people) until January 2024. A1 Category A1 is the earliest of three drone categories that are regulated by EASA. It applies to aircraft up to a maximum takeoff weight (MTOM) that is 25 kilograms. A1 license holders can ride two-wheeled mopeds so long as their capacity for cylinders is not greater than 125 cc and their power-to-weight ratio is no more than 0.1 kW/kg. They can also drive motorcycles with the maximum capacity of 125cc as well as trikes or quad bikes, as well as quad-bikes. The category A1 licence has been designed to allow drivers to get to the next category of vehicle. This permits them to drive vehicles with the maximum weight of 35 kW. If you want to fly larger drones, you will require a specific category operator's permit that requires you to complete the General VLOS Certificate (GVC) training and flight assessment, plus the preparation of an Operations Manual. A2 allows you to fly transitional drones that are not yet CE certified, but have been modified to lower the risk of collisions with people. You will only be able to fly these drones in A2 until 2022 deadline, after which they'll need to comply with the A3 regulations. The A1 and A2 categories are designed to aid you in becoming a safer and confident motorcyclist. The amount of lessons you'll have to complete will depend on your level of ability and progress, but a predetermined amount of special rides must be completed. This is a minimum of five lessons on country roads as well as four on highways and three in the morning or in darkness. A3 This type of flight is for drones with the maximum mass for take-off of up to 25 kilograms. Although it is a less risk operation, extreme precautions are required to prevent the risk of accidents. Legacy drones cannot be flown over persons and must be equipped with an A2 CofC. To operate a drone in this category, you need to first pass the online test for identification of flyers and then pass a theory exam. You must also declare that you have some actual knowledge of your drone and pass a written statement of competence. These requirements are similar to the driving licence system where the person who is first granted an endorsement for a less powerful vehicle category may gain easier access to a higher category. A4 The DOH is currently working on specific guidelines to be used for category A4. These guidelines will be consistent with other operations, and will include specifics such as the number of dressings that are changed each day. They will be presented to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infections (IATF-EID) and the DOH National Immunization Technical Advisory Group. When they are approved the guidelines will be vetted and approved by both the DOH National Immunization Technical Advisory Group and IATF-EID. In this category, drones with a class identification label C0 and C1 are able to fly within a distance of 50 metres of uninvolved people. jazda motocyklem is a low-risk subcategory, but stringent precautions should be taken to avoid accidents. Drones classified as A1 or A2 are required to be able to pass an additional theoretical test in order to operate in this subcategory. This test is designed to assess your knowledge of the additional risks that are associated when flying drones are in close proximity to humans. The certificate of competence is issued after passing this test. The operator must also keep a minimum distance of 30 meters from any uninvolved person, or 5 meters when flying in a slow flight mode. You have to complete an amount of lessons to pass the theory test, and then the practical test. This amount varies depending on your age, skill level and learning speed. But, at least 12 lessons of 90 minutes are required to be completed. In these classes, you will familiarize yourself with your vehicle and traffic laws. You will also receive valuable tips on how to operate your vehicle in difficult situations. In addition to the mandatory classes, you are required to attend a specified number of special rides. The new category E amalgamates class A1 (retail) as well as class A2 (financial and professional services) and class B1 (offices), class A4 (restaurants/cafes) and classes A5 and B5 (hot food takeaway). It also includes medical/healthy uses as well as creches and nurseries, as well as indoor recreation facilities. The new licensing system is expected to streamline and reduce costs.
