Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customised using a specialized application. You can save maps of your home, create cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune how much water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate rooms, while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into wires, furniture or other pet toys. These are essential features to have in my house, filled with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum, so it is naturally packed with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and even lift its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pets plants, a variety of small objects.

The robot vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its location, preventing it becoming stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also features an automatic mop lifting system which will lift the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding soaking these types of soft surfaces.

Additionally, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad is capable of rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. You can set it and forget about it. It is only necessary to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

This is a very well-rounded and capable product, with its only downsides being that it's expensive. The sheer amount of features make it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model if you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop combination. Its high-end price is justified by its powerful features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It also comes with a smart, app-enabled controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed admirably throughout the house. It was able to eliminate 98.4% debris on any type of floor and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops were also excellent in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, due to their rotational motion as well as an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The docking station empties the trash bin into a bag for dirt, refills the tank with water to use for mopping, and even dry mop pads. cheap robot vacuum cleaner features a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions with its smart controls.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I test, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. In addition the mops aren't adept at removing tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be emptied, and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried on a regular basis to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, which are bought separately will need to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. For those who are on a tighter budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to remember that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can buy but its high cost and constant maintenance will eventually make it more of a wish than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to tidy up mess and get rid of dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combination is a mighty suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. It's also fitted with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans itself, making it stand out from other models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. The roller is almost entire width of the robot and is continuously supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. When it turns the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water in its base station, where it is sucked in by the tank's heater elements, and then empty into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds a good amount of water, and can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop combos The S1 Pro is ready to roll out of the box. It must be filled with clean water, however this is a simple task in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock if you prefer to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you do choose to use this feature, you'll need to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your own choice of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with thick piles several times during my tests. However it could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, but it still has some amazing features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, and washing and sanitizing mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers many options for customizing the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clean of everything mapped by the device, or you can select individual rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've crafted. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, just like the other Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat manner. The 'Normal" pathing settings cover the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, but it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like thick carpets but might not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires or rug tassels.

The machine has a major problem: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app has an option that lets you "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. You can make use of the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and dirt that remained after vacuuming. This is a great feature that can help this robot clean a little better than its competitors with lower prices.
