Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are the best method of quickly cleaning up mess. The top robot vacuums and mop I tested had great mapping and navigation. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were strung up.

They're also user-friendly with an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're doing.

1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra

The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum. It comes with the most recent features. This model of the highest quality is swift and agile, picking up debris like human hair and pet hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also features a sleek app interface with a mini map of your home and a few buttons on the screen for manual control.

The S8's Dirt Detection Technology allows it to change the cleaning mode based on the level of dirt. It will pause and wash its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.

It comes with a range of other smart features as well, including a different dock that connects to your home plumbing to wash and clean the mop without requiring you to manually refill it. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8 you can make use of voice commands to set the cleaning mode of your room and provide granular control using only your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that can mop The Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's one of the combination robot vacuums that have mopping features that are also offered at a lower price than the competition.

Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get started. This includes setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done, the robot can start mopping and vacuuming with ease.

It's important to note that mapping takes a while and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. Additionally the object detection is hit or miss and it was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to flip itself over to free itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for a cleaning companion that does everything.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbing. This means that floors are cleaned, not just being swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an innovative tool that can get to places robot vacuums can't.

This model is essentially identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa and a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app allows you to alter a variety of settings including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging station after each job to wash their pads, empty their dust bins and put the waste in bags that self-seal. This keeps the system tidy and prevents allergens recirculating. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without requiring the battery to be charged mid-clean.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

As one of the more top-quality robot vacuums and mop models, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors, and great obstacles-avoiding. It also has an innovative mopping technique that uses a roller constantly spraying with water to collect dirt, and then dump it into the dirty water tank.

Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing. However, it had trouble with fine-grained debris and was not always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating sound level is also quite high, so this model may not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking technology that allows it to refill its clean water, empty the dust bin, dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to regular schedules. You can manage all of its functions via the Eufy app. It provides an overview of the system and plenty of configuration options.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot vacuums/mowers available, and offers an impressive mix of mopping and vacuuming performance. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with decent accuracy. The app lets users fine-tune the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones, and even customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's main roller brush is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which could be a major issue with many robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also includes intelligent carpet detection, which lifts these pads upward when they're in proximity to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating them.

The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free maintenance centre which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins each time they are emptied.

6. automatic vacuum is only a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my office tidy. It also has the ability to reach all corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to build an outline of your home which allows it to know which areas to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not poop), unlike many vacuums.

It also has some outstanding notable features, like the self-emptying dustbin and a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that is able to reach areas other mops miss. You can also alter the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to save time. It's an excellent option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home and do not want to invest the extra money on the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance and touch-ups on messy messes that are wet, this robot is a good choice. It has a wide range of features, including a self-emptying dustbin and the water refill dock, as well as adjustable settings in the app. It's quite quiet, and it can move between furniture legs and socks with ease. It's not able to pick up knotted rug tassels and it's battery drains slightly more quickly than other models in our tests.

With a price tag of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and handy automation into a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It comes with a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for people who live in cramped spaces. It's silent and fast and can maneuver tight spaces well. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be set to take pictures of every object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they will not be removed in future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and not tied to your account.

It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't as good at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
