3 Wheel All Terrain Pushchair

If you're looking for a pushchair to take on walks in the woods or strolls on the main streets, an all terrain pushchair with excellent maneuverability is the perfect fit. These models typically have large wheels and offer impressive suspension for a smooth ride over bumps and rough ground.

3 wheel buggy are suitable for newborns and include a seat that can be set in a flat position or a carrycot for newborns. They also usually have foam-filled tyres that are never flat to help with maintenance.


Suspension

A quality all-terrain pushchair will have a good suspension that is designed to be smooth and comfortable on rough terrain. This will help your child feel relaxed and at ease. The wheels will also be large and will usually be puncture-proof to protect against damage caused by sharp sticks or rocks.

There is a variety of all-terrain pushchairs with three wheels available that offer an excellent off-road capabilities. They are great if you reside in the countryside or frequently go walking on uneven, rough ground. They are more durable and durable than a standard pushchair. They are equipped with unique features such as large puncture-proof tires that can handle the most challenging surfaces. They are usually quite large, which means they could be difficult to maneuver in tight spaces or aisles in shops.

There are a number of all-terrain strollers that don't offer the option of a reversible seating. However the Oyster 3, Venicci Tanum and egg 2, which offer this option, come with a very good weight limit and a excellent off-road capability. A lot of pushchairs are classified as all-rounders. They include the iCandy Pear, Bugaboo Cameleon and others. They are able to handle rough terrain in parks or National Trust locations, but lack the off-road capabilities of real all-terrain strollers.

There are also crossover models that offer an excellent compromise between off road and high street. It's not as flexible as the other strollers that are all-terrain however, it is able to be able to handle terrain that is hilly and features a large, one-handed fold that's great for long walks in the countryside or long trips. It is also suitable for babies and has a spacious canopy that can be extended, an adjustable handlebar, and a generously sized basket.

Storage

For parents that want to take their little one off-road, but don't want to commit to tackling Ben Nevis, there are some excellent all terrain pushchairs that give you the best of both worlds. Look for a model with good all-terrain capability, sturdy suspension and big puncture-proof wheels, but built in a more traditional pushchair style with reversible seats as well as full carrycot options.

UPPAbaby's popular Ridge all-terrain pushchair is a good illustration. It has a great suspension, a one-handed fold, and a generous basket that can hold up to 10kg.
