Best Robot Vacuums and Mop Systems

This robot vacuum-mop is a good alternative for those who live in flats, as it carries the rubbish away in its own bin, and also uses the docking station that is smaller. The app lets you set up various modes and monitor the cleaning. The mopping function is also impressive.

Its mapping, obstacle avoidance and mopping capabilities are impressive. It can pick up pet hair, spills, and dirt. It also self-empties and cleans and re-fills its tank.

Roomba iRobot Combination

The iRobot Combo adds mopping to the already impressive vacuuming capabilities of the robot. The iRobotCombo can't replace our Editors' Choice winner, the Deebot X1 Omni. It scrubs more, and has a mobile app that is more user-friendly, but it's a good alternative. It is able to pick up dirt from hard floors and carpets. Its obstacle avoidance system isn't the most advanced in the world, and isn't equipped with structured light and other technology like LiDAR, yet it managed to prevent most collisions with furniture and other clutter.

The Combo features most of the same features as the j7 Plus and comes with new acoustic sensors onboard to identify the type of floor and AI-powered navigation. However, it lacks the ability to set suction power manually. It's also less compact than its vac-only counterpart, and doesn't come with an auto-empty dock.

The Combo is one of my favorites for homes with a lot of space. Its elegant design is also among the best I've seen. The sleek, matte black plastic looks better than most competitors' glossy or metallic finishes, and iRobot's small touches--like a leather tab to open the onboard bin and a shelf inside the dock that can hold additional bags--are more classy than many of its rivals'. The iRobot Combo also allows you to create maps of your home, and to create Keep-Out Zones as well as No-Mop Zones and Clean Zones.

Roborock

While Roborock is comparatively new to the robot vacuum and mop market but it's already earned its name thanks to a suite of innovative cleaning techniques. The brand's vacuums feature industry-leading suction, and mopping systems make use of vibrating mops that scrub floors of dirt. Plus, a wide range of scheduling and mapping options lets you adjust the bot's cleaning schedule for your particular home.

Roborock's obstacle avoidance function allows the robot to spot objects that are smaller than its own height. This is particularly beneficial for Roborock's most well-known models, such as the Qrevo Master. It is the top of its kind when it comes to navigation, due to the combination of vSLAM, and LiDAR. Other robovacs are often seen to crash into furniture and run over pet faeces, without even noticing, but the Qrevo Master solves this issue by using a Reactive AI system that utilizes twin cameras to detect objects in a room.

Roborock robots have a variety of features that make it easier to manage maintenance. They include docks that can be auto-emptied and mop-washing stations with many functions. They can make it easier to manually empty dustbins and wash mops, which makes for an experience that is completely hands-free. The app is simple to use due to its simple design and the lag-free connection with the robot.

Hobot Legee D8

With a range of cleaning options and advanced mopping features, the Hobot Legee is among the best robot vacuums/mops for both wet and dry floors. Its advanced navigation system blends five technologies to design and execute a route that is most efficient. It also detects different flooring materials, as well as obstacles with precision. It can raise its body up to 7mm to glide over carpets. Smart spray system makes the right amount of water to aid in stain removal without leaving water marks.

The Legee is an Gen 4 robot that competes directly with the Eufy Robovac X9 and Ecovacs Deebot T20, both of which are priced higher. It is more feature-rich than either of them and has a more flexible D-shaped body that is able to clean the corners and under cabinets better than a round-shaped robot. Its sensors include 360deg (3D) (Lidar Encoder Gyro and E-compass) four forward-facing sensors, one right-side-facing (IR ToF distance sensors) and 2 pairs of cliff detectors both front and rear (most robots have only one pair). The robot also includes Legee SLAM, which minimizes the bump and grind issues that are a problem for Gen 4 Robots.

In contrast to other robots, the Legee features a built-in trash compactor and is compatible with the less noisy 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The LuLu mop cleaning station cleans, refills and dries the mop's 'cloth'. This means you can use it up to six times longer than other mops. It also reduces the amount of waste and frequency at which bins are emptied.

Karcher RCV 5

The brand is known for its pressure washers and garden tools, Karcher has been dabbling in robot vacuums for a time and it's the most technologically advanced model. It creates maps for your home with LiDAR, and can be programmed either to vacuum or mop. It also differentiates between carpets and hard floors to ensure that you don't end up with water puddles on your pile.

best rated robot vacuum is superb and it can navigate around furniture or rugs easily. It can even lift itself up over steps. The machine is customizable by adjusting different settings, such as cleaning schedules and the rooms it is expected to clean. It also has an emergency button' that causes the robot to return home when its power runs out. It can be set to shut off automatically if a storm approaches.

The RCV 5 is very easy to use, and despite being quite heavy at almost 4kg, you shouldn't have difficulty moving it around furniture. Those with small children will appreciate the safety features like sensors that warn you to avoid the stairs. After charging, it takes just several hours to fully charge and the two buttons at the top will flash green to let you know it is ready for action.

Mova E30 Ultra

The Mova E30 Ultra is a robot vacuum cleaner that combines modern cleaning technology with affordability. It's a competitor to models like the Dreame L10 Ultra and Roborock's Q Revo. The Mova E30 Ultra is a less expensive model, but it offers features that are not found in other models. It makes use of sensors to adjust the settings to different flooring and surfaces as well as detect dirtier areas. It can also move at an accelerated pace to avoid damage to delicate furniture and walls.

The device can help you map your home's interior and display it through the app. You can also mark specific rooms and objects you want the vacuum to stay clear of. The vacuum will slow down if it spots an obstruction and will avoid getting into it. The device also comes with an intelligent dustbin, that alerts you of its fullness so that you can empty the bin on time.

The Mova E30 Ultra is an affordable choice for those looking to outsource their daily cleaning tasks. It doubles as mop and robot vacuum that lets you keep your floors spotless without lifting a finger. It has a clever design which improves corner cleaning by up to 60 percent. It has up to 7,000 Pa of suction power as well as RoboSwing arms, and it can be controlled using the app or voice assistants such as Alexa or Siri.

Beko RCV3

The Beko RCV3 is a fashionable and feature-packed hybrid robot mop/vac that does a fantastic job of keeping floors spick and span. While it can't raise its mops on carpets or rugs like the award-winning Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra it's excellent at cleaning hard floors as well as tackling mopping tasks with a remarkable speed. It also comes with a self-emptying bin, delivers a good level of suction power, and offers several mopping options, and is controlled by a top quality app that is compatible with both iOS and Android.

It's a little smaller than the other models, and its main brush is shorter but it still managed an impressive job in our test room. The revolving edge brush on the side is a great addition. Although it wasn't able to remove dirt as effectively as other competitors, it still did a great job.

The robot can be programmed to have individual cleaning parameters for each room. It will then create detailed maps using LiDAR's built-in navigation. The application is simple to use and provides a variety of voice output options that can keep you informed about the progress of your robot. Regular software updates enhance and extend the capabilities. The application can also be used to remotely manage the RCV3 when you're away from home.
