World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses

The upgrade to an item is an enchantment that boosts the stats of a specific armor or weapons. This includes tertiary stats such as Leech or Speed.

A special item for evolution that allows Porygon2 to evolve into Porygon2. It is found at Pokestops and Gyms.

Universal upgrades can be applied to any type of equipment and provide smaller bonuses than other components that are specific to the kind of equipment.

Leveling

Upgrades allow players to upgrade their items by increasing their levels. The increase in level also increases the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Each level upgrade increases the stats on the item by +3 and also adds an additional bonus based on the level of the item. These extras can range from a +1 to +3 bonus, or random buffs or debuffs.

Each item can be upgraded a limited amount of times. After the upgrade the item is upgraded, it can be upgraded to a product of equal or greater value.

This system is helpful for players who wish to acquire equipment with a certain level of stats prior acquiring an item that is new. The transfer system allows players to avoid the waste of upgrade materials and is easy to use.

Upgrade materials are gathered when the player clears their cache of content. They can be used to enhance or replace an item. Every item requires a specific type of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction Stones while armor requires Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item is upgraded, the materials are changed to a different name. For instance, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.

It is important to upgrade item s to improve a character's performance. However it is equally important to consider how much this will cost. Every time an item gets upgraded, the upgrade costs an amount of gold which could be better spent on an entirely new piece of equipment. This is why it's a good idea to upgrade the most essential items in any given situation.

This means upgrading the weapon, followed by the legs, chest and helm. If the player is able to afford it upgrading trinkets must be considered in this stage to increase their proc potential. For instance, a top-of-the-line Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading for the increased damage from its procs. Some trinkets, however, aren't worth upgrading until they can offer an upgrade that is significant in a certain build. This is particularly true of the breakpoint gear that is that is used for stats with high value, such as IAS or FHR.

Rerolling

Rerolling is an action that lets players alter the stats of a weapon, rings or armor based on the type of item. It is a way to add new bonuses or replace existing ones. It can also be used to alter the power of the item's base.

While rerolling can be an effective way to increase your power in the initial phases of the game, it's not an essential aspect of the game. Once you've reached your goal of upgrading to level 6, it's usually best to reroll and search for the most effective upgrades or save up cash to buy the next set of items. This will allow you to build an impressive team at the time you reach your level 9 upgrade goal.

The rerolling system is very similar to that of the system of leveling up. Reroll tokens are a way to remove a Level Up option from your item and swap it for another. However unlike Level Up, reroll tokens don't reset the item's level. This means that when you reroll an upgraded item, it will no longer be at the same level and won't be able to enjoy its extra bonus.

Players can also utilize an additional mechanic, Eliminate, which will remove any level Up option they have on their weapons or equipment. This is useful when you have a bad gacha or want to reroll an item with five stars. To accomplish this, you'll require a new account or log in through social media.

Similarly, there is an Occultist in each town which can be visited to alter a weapon or armor's Aspects and/or stats. This is useful if have a five-star epic unit that you want to improve, or if you have an elite four-star character that you're struggling with.

Rerolling tokens can be acquired through completing certain quests. These can be bought from the Occultist at 300 gold or found in holozons dropped in certain dungeons. You can then change the roll of any weapon or armor by moving the icon with the lock on it to the desired slot on your unit's page.

Sets

A set is a collection of items that are similar in a way. Sets are used every day, such as a dozen eggs or a group of friends. They are helpful because they let you organize things, and also operations like union, intersection and distinction help you manage them efficiently. Sets can be used in a variety of different ways, from organizing music in a playlist to classifying students by their grades.

In Nioh the game uses Sets to create special effects when players wear pieces from a particular armor set. These bonuses are called Set Bonuses and are superior to Effects. While it's not explained in-universe why the armor sets need to be worn together to produce these extra effects, they provide a nice change of pace when playing the game. The armor sets that have Set Bonuses can be found in several places throughout Hyrule and include the Dark Moon and Twilight Temple.

Set Bonuses are associated with each piece of equipment that is part of a Set. The tooltip at the bottom of the item will inform you what Set Bonuses are available. Set Bonuses are displayed in a box with a red border.

Certain of these Set Bonuses are exclusive to a specific piece of equipment. For instance, if you equip the full Phantom Armor set you will receive +8 defense (compared to the usual +3 defense included in the majority of gear). Other sets can only be obtained through certain quests or purchasing them through the Auction House.

It is also possible to get Set Bonuses on several pieces of equipment simultaneously. If you own the entire Kestra's Descent Set and the corresponding parts of Twinblade of Shadow, you will receive the version with the + set's bonus if you soul be able to match them.

Unlike Effects, which change each time you upgrade them Set Bonuses are the same, even as the pieces of equipment they are connected to rise. If an item is exemplarized to be too low, then the set bonus will not work.

Set bonuses

Set bonuses are special effects that appear on an item set and grant an advantage to the player in combat. They give a certain amount of a specific type of stat, like weapon damage, or defenses or resistances. However, they cannot stack; only one will be active at any given time. The amount of a particular stat is determined by the number of pieces of the set have been used which means you could have three chests, one armor and four weapons, for instance, but only the one with the highest bonus will be of benefit to you.

They typically increase the primary stat, however, they can increase secondary stats too. Defence bonuses increase three positional defense values and two typed defenses such as, for instance the full five-piece set of Hundings Rage will add up to around 400 defense in your gear. This is a large increase in your gear, especially as melee characters.

This is an excellent feature, and is among the most well-known in the game. Currently only a few sets of gear are equipped with set bonuses. They are only available on the Test Realm. However, this number is expected to increase once the update is made available. The bonus will be added to the 7 school specific Dragoons gear, for example.

Set bonuses cannot be stacked within a set, but they do stack across sets. This is ideal for players that want to use the most effective combination of sets. However, it does require some planning. Since set bonuses only affect the shell of a piece of equipment (not the armoring, mod or the enhancement), you have to be cautious about where you place them.

It is important to note that the value of the bonus of a set will not change even if your exemplar level is higher than three levels lower than the minimum allowed for an Enhancement. Purple (Very Rare) Sets PvP sets, sets for PvP and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this requirement, and their set bonuses are in effect regardless of the degree of exemplars for an item.
